Application Production Support Analyst

We are hiring Application production support analyst for our Investment banking client in Mumbai.

Experience : 3-5 years

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Strong Knowledge of ITIL
• Strong knowledge IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge on Cloud technologies and experienced in Kubernetes & Containers
• Strong Knowledge & experience on technologies like RHEL Linux, Windows, AIX, WAS, CFT and MQ
• Experience with System Scripting on tech like Ansible, Shell Script, PowerShell, Terraform
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling DevOps (Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible)
• Familiarity with Scheduling tools like Autosys, Control M
• Familiarity with database technology is required: Oracle and SQL Server
• Good written and spoken English.
• Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery.
• Able to communicate efficiently.
• Good Team Player
