What they need
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Application / Production Support
Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting & log analysis
Good understanding of AWS & CloudWatch
Jenkins / CI-CD pipeline knowledge
Incident & SLA management experience
Experience with ServiceNow / Jira is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Production application monitoring and incident resolution
- L1/L2 troubleshooting within defined SLAs
- Ansible playbook troubleshooting
- AWS resource and CloudWatch monitoring
- Creating SOPs, runbooks and knowledge documentation
- Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per month
