该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities： 岗位职责： 1、Familiar with and understanding the location, function, and requirements of fasteners in automotive applications, recommending suitable parts, adept at capturing customer pain points and converting them into internal requirements. 熟悉和理解紧固件在汽车应用位置，功能和要求，推荐合适零件，善于捕捉客户的痛点并转化为内部需求。 2、Strong internal and external communication and organizational skills, maintaining good communication with customers, tracking and improving work allocation, completion status, corrective measures, etc. of the parts team. 较强内外部的沟通和组织能力，与客户保持良好沟通，零件团队工作分配，完成情况，整改措施等进行跟踪和改善。 3、Strong engineering skills, familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of 3D, 2D, and various parts, familiar with the performance requirements of parts, and recommending to customers based on corresponding advantages and disadvantages. 具备较强工程能力，熟悉掌握零件3D，2D和各零件的优缺点，熟悉零件的性能要求，根据对应的优缺点推荐给客户。 4、Having business oriented mindset, undertaking business tasks, establishing good customer relationships, and providing strong support for business work. 具备业务导向的思维模式，承接商务工作，建立良好的客户关系，为业务工作提供强有力的支持。 5、Familiar with the APQP development process for components, strictly following customer timeline requirements and internal preparation and submission of materials, ensuring timely submission of materials and documents. Familiarize and master PPAP documentation, organize and submit PPAP materials. 熟悉零部件APQP开发流程，严格按照客户时间节点要求和内部准备和提交资料，确保资料和文件等准时提交。熟悉和掌握PPAP文件资料，整理和提交PPAP资料。 Position Skills and Experience Requirements: 技能和要求： 1、Experience in OEM or Tiers product technology, familiar with internal and external body and chassis components, and familiar with component applications. 有OEM或Tiers产品技术方面的经验，熟悉内部和外部车身和底盘部件，熟悉部件的应用。 2、Have knowledge of technical products, injection molding, molds, and process engineering. 具备技术产品和注塑、模具、工艺工程知识。 3、Good internal and external communication skills. 良好的内部和外部沟通能力。 4、Result oriented, good stress resistance and learning ability. 结果导向，良好的抗压能力和学习能力。 5、Prioritize understanding fasteners and related applications. 了解紧固件和相关应用优先。
