Application Specialist

工作职责:

• Manage system related business requirement, help business find effective solutions
• Step by step end user support, including training, Q&A etc., on a daily basis
• Act as first level support for sap incidents/issues/requests raised by business user
• Document business change request and identify system opportunity for business improvement
• Prepare Business Blue Print for SAP enhancement and manage the related approval process.
• Act as interface/facilitator for the communications between the business and sap support team
• Coordinate and organize the resources for IT project execution
• Follow-up implementation activities during project execution phase

任职条件:

• As ‘must’:
• Bachelor or master in computer science or information management related majors
• Solid knowledge and skills on SAP modules: PP/MM
• Familiar with one of any programming languages, such as C#, Java, Delphi, Python, etc
• Good English communication skills(reading, writing, speaking)
• Team spirit, open mind with good service awareness, good will to learn and change
