Application specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and commissioning of Anton Paar instruments at customer sites
• Conduct user training sessions and technical workshops for clients
• Execute sample testing and method development based on customer needs
• Provide hands-on demonstrations for in-house training and customer visits
• Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in laboratory instrumentation or technical support (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)

• Familiarity with physical instruments, especially Anton Paar products, is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel for customer visits, installations, and training sessions

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Have a valid Pasport, SIM A, and SIM C

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in method development and sample preparation
• Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as rheometers, density meters, FTIR, viscometers, or particle analyzers
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
• Technical writing skills for documentation and reporting
