About the role

U2Bio Thailand Co., Ltd. is seeking an Application Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative products and our clients' needs. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating technical expertise, providing consultative solutions, and driving sales by helping customers understand how our offerings can address their specific challenges. This role is essential to our growth strategy and directly impacts client satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product demonstrations/Customer training
• Pre/Post sales support
• Sales and commercial support
• Market feedback

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality only
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, or Bioscience
• At least 2 years of experience in NGS, Molecular Biology, Protein, or Cell Culture fields
• Strong positive mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong Thai and English communication skills
• Excellent technical and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client engagement
• Fluency in English and Thai is preferred; additional languages are advantageous
• Proficiency with relevant applications, such as Microsoft office, Canva etc.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-friendly language
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and customer service teams
• Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally as required (Driving license)
