Application Specialist

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Medical Science, Science (Microbiology), or a related field.

·        Good command of spoken and written English.

·        Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

·        Willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays to provide prompt initial troubleshooting and emergency customer support.

·        Prior experience or working knowledge related to the company’s product lines will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

·        Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, evaluations, troubleshooting, and customer training.

·        Conduct structured training sessions on instruments, reagents, and technical applications for both customers and internal staff.

·        Deliver in-depth product presentations, address complex technical inquiries, and resolve application issues efficiently and promptly.

·        Liaise with overseas service and technical support teams, as well as product manufacturers, to resolve escalated issues.

·        Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and academic conferences on weekdays and weekends.

·        Manage customer relationships effectively by delivering accurate information, excellent service, and maintaining a positive corporate image.
