Application Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations, orientations, and hands-on training sessions with medical sales representatives, healthcare professionals, laboratory personnel, and end-users on the proper operation, application, and benefits of diagnostic instruments, test kits, and related medical devices.
• Provide comprehensive application support to customers by answering technical and operational inquiries and ensuring the effective utilization of company products.
• Collaborate closely with Biomedical Engineers to deliver timely technical assistance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and resolve application-related concerns.
• Perform instrument installation support, calibration verification, programming, validation, and operational checks to ensure optimal performance and accurate test results.
• Assist the Sales Team during customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions by providing expert product knowledge and application support.
• Attend and represent the company at product launches, seminars, workshops, conventions, trade shows, and other professional events.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Medical Technology; preferably Licensed Medical Technologist
• Related work experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Must be, analytical, highly organized, and with customer service skills.
• With excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• With valid driver's license and can drive .

Compensation and benefits:

• Basic monthly salary starts from ₱16,000; negotiable based on experience
