Application Specialist

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Purpose: Drive timely and effective responses to key customers’ technical requirements, including sample evaluations, advanced troubleshooting, and new product promotion. Lead and support Joint Development Programs in collaboration with R&D and LOB teams to accelerate technology adoption, resolve technical challenges, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide copper plating technology development, process optimization, and application support to CS business units, ensuring timely and effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Global R&D teams on new product and process development projects, focusing on scale-up validation, process qualification, and commercialization readiness.
• Generate and deliver high-quality technical samples to support customer qualification, product certification, and business growth objectives.
• Act as a technical bridge between R&D and customers by translating complex scientific and application knowledge into practical solutions for both internal and external customer.
• Provide advanced technical consultation and troubleshooting support to strategic and key customers, strengthening customer relationships and business competitiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis and failure analysis investigations to identify and resolve technical issues encountered by customers and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal employees and customers to enhance technical capabilities and product understanding.
• Support joint development initiatives with Global R&D for next-generation products and processes, with primary responsibilities in pilot-scale testing, application validation, and technology deployment for HDI and IC-related applications.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements to drive innovation, process improvement, and application development opportunities.
• Execute assigned projects and technical tasks in accordance with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards while ensuring full compliance with GDAC procedures, including 5S, HSE requirements, quality management systems, and documentation control processes. Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Over 10 years of working experience in PCB/plating industry, with experience in technical applications, process development, or R&D related to copper plating solutions.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, adapt to changing priorities and demands.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good language skills including written and spoken English.
