Location: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok

The role is responsible for developing, supporting, and continuously improving Data analytics, Business Intelligence, and digital solutions. The position focuses on transforming business data into meaningful insights and developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibility

1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Analyze business data and translate data into meaningful and actionable business insights.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, measures, and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Perform data preparation, cleansing, transformation, validation, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
• Continuously improve existing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to meet evolving business needs.

2. Application Support

• Provide day-to-day application support and issue resolution for business applications.

• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and application-related issues.

• Utilize ITSM tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent platforms.

• Maintain support records, operational procedures, and knowledge base documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors and related technical teams when required.

3. AI & Productivity Enablement

• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies to improve productivity and solution delivery.
• Support AI-enabled automation and digital improvement initiatives.
• Continuously explore new Microsoft and AI capabilities to improve business operations and user experience.

4. Governance & Security

• Ensure applications comply with IT governance, application security baseline, and access control standards.
• Follow organizational standards related to data protection, user permissions, and solution deployment.
• Support compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Power BI, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions.
• Experience in data analysis, data preparation, and reporting.
• Experience working with SQL and various data sources would be an advantage.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into data-driven solutions.
• Experience working independently on small-to-medium data, BI, or digital solution projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Service-minded with strong ownership and responsibility.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adopt new technologies and AI capabilities.
