Application Specialist (UTZ)

Job Summary

The Application Specialist – Ultrasound is responsible for providing clinical and technical support for ultrasound imaging systems, including product demonstrations, end-user training, application troubleshooting, and customer assistance. The role works closely with the sales and service teams to ensure proper utilization of ultrasound equipment and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of ultrasound imaging systems to hospitals, clinics, radiologists, sonographers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide end-user training on equipment operation, imaging applications, features, and clinical workflows.
• Assist customers in optimizing ultrasound image quality and system performance.
• Provide application support during equipment installation, commissioning, and initial use.
• Address customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance related to ultrasound applications.
• Collaborate with the sales team during product presentations, client meetings, and sales activities.
• Support product evaluations, clinical demonstrations, and equipment testing.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated on ultrasound technology, product developments, and clinical applications.
• Prepare training materials, demonstration reports, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging
• Preferably Licensed
• Experience in ultrasound imaging, medical equipment applications, or clinical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ultrasound systems, imaging techniques, and clinical applications is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and train healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals, clinics, and client sites as required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds may be considered, depending on company requirements.
• Willing to do field work

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
