Application Support Analyst / BI Support Specialist

Job Title: IT Application Support Specialist - Power BI

Location: Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days/week Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift / US Hours

About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to support and maintain our Business Intelligence (Power BI) platform environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and seamless platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, monitor, and maintain Power BI workspaces, user access, and system configurations.
• Investigate service disruptions, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
• Assist in report parameters, gateway configurations, and dashboard performance tuning.
• Coordinate automated deployments and environment updates.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in Power BI Support and Administration.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence platform components and workspace management.
• Basic knowledge of scripting tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform) or cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
