Application Support Analyst

Role Description The Application Support Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for providing day-to-day support for business applications and related systems. This role includes monitoring application performance, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve incidents and service requests. The analyst will respond to user inquiries, document solutions, and maintain knowledge bases to improve future support efficiency. Additional responsibilities include participating in system updates, testing fixes, and contributing to process improvements that enhance reliability and user experience.

• Strong Application Support and Technical Support skills to assist users and maintain system stability.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to identify, investigate, and resolve application issues.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with users, technical teams, and stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
• Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems and documenting resolutions.
• Familiarity with common enterprise applications, databases, or cloud-based platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant coursework or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
