Applications Support Analyst - Permanent - Southampton (Hybrid)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Applications Support Analyst to join our Southampton based law firm on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support activities on the applications for the Corporate Service business
- Delivering workflow automation, system integrations, dashboard development, reporting solutions and data visualisation to improve business outcomes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to requests for support when required.
- Analyse root causes of common and recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.
- Multiple years' experience in providing application support and development working with SQL.
- Working knowledge of using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI to provide automation workflows & dashboards.
- Experience in data transformation and manipulation using SQL would be advantageous.
