What they need
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides technical support (over the phone) to Hospital End Users with respect to utilization of hospital system applications
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand basic end-to-end workflows and how IT applications are in place to enable them
- Receive over the phone calls for technical support to end users in utilizing various IT applications, creating tickets and/or cases for received calls relevant to IT concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
- With at least 2 years of related work experiences in applications and IT technical support, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
