Application Support Analyst

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in endpoint management and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune .
• Strong understanding of modern endpoint management technologies and practices.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications .
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive for Business
• Exchange Online
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a production support environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
