What they need
- Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise applications hosted on on-premise or cloud platforms.
- Monitor application performance and availability using Dynatrace APM and other monitoring tools.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and system failures using Dynatrace dashboards and metrics.
- Coordinate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.
- Support release management by validating post-deployment application health.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL standards.
- Automate recurring monitoring tasks and alerts where possible.
- Document known issues, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge base improvement.
- Analyze logs, trace errors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend/after-hours support as needed
