Application Support

Responsibilities

· Provide application support for enterprise systems, including ERP, PLM, POS, and other business applications, to ensure smooth and continuous business operations.

· Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and user issues, including Incident Management and follow up until resolution within the agreed SLA.

· Manage User Access Management, including user account provisioning, access rights, and system permissions in accordance with company policies and security requirements.

· Monitor application performance and system status and perform proactive monitoring to identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations. Experience with Workflow Automation tools e.g. N8N, Power Automate for monitoring or workflow automation is an advantage..

· Provide application support to users across Head Office, Warehouses, and Stores, through both remote and on-site support when required.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

· At least 1-2 year of experience in Application Support, ERP Support, or Business Application Support.

· Experience supporting ERP, Workflow, POS, or other Enterprise Applications will be an advantage.

· Basic knowledge of SQL, with the ability to query data and perform basic analysis to support issue investigation and troubleshooting.

· Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident Management and Service Request processes.

· Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple issues simultaneously.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service mindset and the ability to work effectively with users and cross-functional teams.
