What they need
We are hiring Application Support for our client in KL.
3 - 5 years of experience in requirement definition, design, software development and implementation
▪ Providing production support for business application systems
▪ Experience in working with Windows Server, UNIX Servers, Oracle DB / MySQL DB.
▪ Working experience with CRM and CTI before is an added advantage
▪ Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Huawei IP Contact Center) is an
added advantage
