Application Support

Job Descriptions:

• Investigate and debugging in application issues raised by the client and swiftly provide a workaround/resolution within the required SLA.
• Analyzing and understanding the real issues of customer facing problems and working closely with software development and QA team to solving the root causes.
• Working closely with user and/or functional consultants to getting correct information and reproduction issues
• Prioritize working task and assignment by business impact.

• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments
• Ability to represent the company in a professional and consultative appearance and approach
• Excellent knowledge in SQL command
• 2 - 5 year ear experiences in application support, MS SQL or related
• Experience in HR System will be a plus
