What they need
Responsibilities
- Support customer applications
- Check and fix problems in applications, database, and system integration
- Write and improve SQL queries for checking and getting data
- Work with developers and infrastructure team for problem solving and root cause analysis
- Prepare user guide, knowledge base, and support documents
- Monitor and report incident/service request based on SLA
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in Application Support or System Support
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Select, Join, Update, Stored Procedures)
- Understand relational database (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, Incident Management, or Change Management is a plus
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
