What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise applications to ensure optimal availability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development teams on bug fixes, enhancements, deployments, and application upgrades.
• Support incident management activities, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, and application support practices.
• Understanding of Java/.NET applications, middleware technologies, API integrations, and web services.
