Application Support Engineer (Charlotte)

The Application Support Engineer provides production support for high-availability applications and transaction-processing systems. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, escalations, production changes/releases, and platform stability. This role participates in a 24x7x365 support model, including critical incidents and scheduled maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Support business-critical applications and transaction-processing systems in production.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate escalations.
• Support production releases, changes, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, network, and other technical teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and escalation support as needed.
