Location: Mumbai (Work from office)
Shift: Rotational
Experience- 8 months - 2 years
Work Type: Contract (6 Months)
Role Responsibilities:
- Request and Incident Management support
- Acknowledgement, monitoring, and closure of tickets
- Following ITIL processes and providing updates through the ServiceNow ITSM tool
- Monitoring LivePerson services and dashboards
- Managing outage communications with Thames Water and Tech Mahindra teams
- Coordinating with Development and Operations teams for issue resolution
Candidate Requirement:
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves regular stakeholder communication, incident/outage updates, and coordination with customer and internal teams.
