• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications in live customer environments.
• Work closely with the Service Manager, Project Manager, and client teams to keep systems reliable and secure.
• Respond to and resolve incidents or escalate as needed — ensuring top-tier service quality and SLAs are met.
• Analyze application performance, recommend improvements, and collaborate with developers to enhance user experience.
• Manage code migration, document configuration changes, and ensure synchronization across environments.
• Support end-users by training, communicating updates, and building strong relationships.
• Keep an eye on application performance metrics and help shape future updates.

• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in enterprise applications (ERP, SCM, CRM).
• Proven experience in application support or related roles — ideally in secure environments.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to explore new tech tools.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and loves improving how things work.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Java, and backend systems.
• Experience managing application servers (IBM WebSphere or similar) and performance tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
