Job Role : - Application Support Engineer

Job Location : - Taipei, Taiwan

Experience : - 3+ Years

Job Role & Responsibilities : -

• Support production trading applications and systems in line with Taiwan exchange hours.
• Monitor system health and performance to ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure-related incidents.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and standard procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in rotating shifts and weekend support as required.

Job Skills & Requirements : -

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in technology support).
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Understanding of network operations and IT infrastructure
• Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Shift-based role aligned with Taiwan market hours
• Weekend work may be required as part of the support schedule
