Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using SQL queries and Unix commands.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in application support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SQL querying language and ability to write efficient queries.
- Proficiency in working with Unix operating system and basic shell scripting concepts.
