Role & responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to enterprise software environments.
• Experience in managing and supporting complex packaged application systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse teams.
• Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
• Skilled in collaborating across multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions.
