What You'll do:

• Ensure the operability and availability of production solutions as L2 Support;
• Monitor and manage batch processing and production activities using Control-M;
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, including application, batch and file transfer issues;
• Perform operational activities such as deployments, restarts, disaster recovery and resource management;
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools;
• Provide technical support to application and technical teams and coordinate escalations when required;
• Participate in releases, changes and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Optimise processing chains and improve operational performance;
• Maintain operational procedures and technical documentation;
• Produce operational and performance reports and ensure effective communication with stakeholders;
• Act as a technical integrator, ensuring compliance with DevOps best practices and standards.

Who You Are:

• Senior-level experience in Application Support / Production Support;
• Strong knowledge of Open environments – Windows & Linux;
• Experience with Control-M for batch scheduling, monitoring and incident management;
• Knowledge of Tomcat / Apache and application deployment;
• Experience with CFT / Connect Express for file transfers;
• Knowledge of Public Cloud environments, preferably AWS or GCP;
• Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD;
• Experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools;
• Good knowledge of ITIL V4 and Agile methodologies;
• English – B1 minimum;
• French – A1/B1 is a plus;
• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive, rigorous and service-oriented mindset.
