Application Support Engineer

We're launching a new team of 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 to form a core part of our global support operation. You’ll work within a 3-person technical team in Barcelona, focusing on internal user support (90%) and occasionally interfacing with key external clients (10%).

💼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Resolving incidents and ensuring business continuity
• Translating business needs into technical requirements
• Acting as a link between users and IT/development teams
• Supporting system improvements, releases, and new features
• Collaborating with international teams across regions
• Contributing to onboarding and training as the team grows

💻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸: SQL (advanced queries & troubleshooting), Proprietary Logistics Platform, CargoWise, SAP, TMS, ERPs (finance), Collaboration Tools (Teams, etc.), Agile mindset.

✅ Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in functional application support (L1/L2).
• Practical SQL experience for incident investigation, including SELECT queries, JOINs, filters and data analysis.
• Ability to understand business processes and act as a bridge between business users and technical/development teams.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, change validation and/or application deployments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2–C1) and Spanish.
