Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for the company’s ERP system and business applications.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues reported by users.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand business needs, processes, and system requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams.
• Support RPA solutions by monitoring automation processes and troubleshooting bot-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency and support solution delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, system configurations, and technical documents.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members to support ongoing system maintenance and project development.
• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma and Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Application support / ERP Support, Software Development, or RPA.
• Basic knowledge in SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP and etc.
• Hands-on experience in API development, integration, and programming.
• Experience in ERP system, ie: SAP is added advantage.
• Chinese speaking recommended* as need to direct liaise with China HQ Team.
