📍 Location: Mumbai

💼 Experience: 7 to 9 Years

Key Skills:

✅ Application Support (L1/L2)

✅ SQL / Oracle / MySQL

✅ Linux / Unix Commands

✅ API Troubleshooting (REST/SOAP)

✅ Splunk / Kibana Log Analysis

✅ ServiceNow / Jira

✅ Digital Banking & BFSI Domain Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident management and issue resolution

• Production monitoring and health checks

• Release validation and deployment support

• Coordination with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams

• Support for customer onboarding, payments, and authentication journey
