Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using Linux operating systems and various tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Proficiency in using JIRA and ServiceNow for tracking tickets and managing workflows.
