- Struts & Spring Framework

- Dynatrace Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Application Support & Incident Management

Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and system design
- Provide L1/L2 production support
- Troubleshoot application and database issues
- Develop and maintain solutions using Java, Struts, and Spring Framework
- Monitor applications using Dynatrace
- Work with PL/SQL and UNIX Shell Scripts for support and automation
- Prepare technical documentation
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
