What they need
Hi All,
We are looking for application support engineer with below skills set.
Skills Required:
* Strong understanding of Incident, Problem & Change Management
* Hands-on experience in integrated L2 support * Experience with Clouds (AWS preferred) will be beneficial
* Experience in Root Cause Analysis and performance tuning
* Experience with SQL
* Log monitoring & APM tools (Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)
* Basic server troubleshooting (Windows/Linux environments)
* Version control systems (Git)
* Strong understanding of ITSM tools JIRA/SNOW
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
