Application Support Engineer

We are looking for a Application Support Engineer to join a dynamic operations team responsible for managing and supporting critical infrastructure and cloud environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise platforms across on-premises and cloud ecosystems, working with modern technologies and supporting business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support OpenStack , AWS , and Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux infrastructures.
• Configure and support Apache and Tomcat servers.
• Monitor and manage workloads using Control-M .
• Support secure file transfers through CFT .
• Implement and manage deployment processes using ArgoCD .
• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using Dynatrace .
• Handle incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow .
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in production environments.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with OpenStack , AWS , and Kubernetes .
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Apache , Tomcat , Control-M , and CFT .
• Knowledge of ArgoCD and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with Dynatrace monitoring and observability tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow .
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
