  Job Summary

  We are seeking an experienced **Application Support Engineer with expertise in **SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to support critical business applications. The role involves proactively identifying and resolving application issues, monitoring system behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability, performance, and reliability.
  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve application issues across essential business systems, particularly SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management modules.

  • Act as a subject matter expert , guiding the team and taking responsibility for technical and support decisions.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to key decisions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional support efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.

  • Monitor and analyze system behavior to identify potential failures and prevent disruptions.

  • Understand business processes and work with relevant teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Mentor junior team members to strengthen their technical proficiency and application support capabilities.

    Requirements
