Mandatory Skills

• Application Production Support / L2 Support experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux L2
• ServiceNow – Incident, Request & Change Management
• ITIL / ITSM processes and SLA management
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle / SQL Server
• Ability to execute SQL queries and database scripts
• Strong scripting experience in Python / Bash / PowerShell
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Exposure to Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace / ELK / Grafana
• Exposure to Cloud platforms – IBM Cloud preferred
• Understanding of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) and production resilience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 Application & Infrastructure Production Support
• Manage Incidents, Service Requests and Changes within defined SLAs
• Perform production troubleshooting across Linux, applications, databases and infrastructure
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools
• Execute SQL queries/scripts and support database-related issues
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams
• Coordinate with global teams for issue resolution and knowledge transfer
• Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes
• Contribute to automation, process improvement, KPI reporting and operational excellence
• Support HA/DR activities and ensure production stability and resilience
