Application Support Engineer- Dotnet

We are seeking a Senior .NET Production Support Engineer to support and maintain critical business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server, along with experience in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring application stability.

The role requires working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and support production systems. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and handling critical production incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET-based applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
• Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and minor development activities.
• Support deployments and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Ensure adherence to security, coding, and operational best practices.
• Support microservices-based applications hosted on Azure.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines.
• Participate in on-call support and rotational shifts.
