What they need
Technical support for software & hardware, troubleshoot issues, manage service desk tickets, support web applications, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure excellent customer service. Experience with SQL, Salesforce & Helpdesk tools preferred.
Required Candidate profile
1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Technical Service. Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML,and Strong communication.
