About the role
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong experience in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence and platform management. The role will focus on supporting and managing the MicroStrategy BI platform in a production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide application support for the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence platform
- Perform platform management and support activities
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform-related issues
- Support day-to-day application operations and ensure platform stability
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues and concerns
- Assist with platform-related maintenance and support activities
About you
- 3–4+ years of relevant experience in application support or business intelligence
- Strong experience with MicroStrategy Business Intelligence
- Hands-on experience in platform management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work on US hours (8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET)
- Willing to work 2 days onsite per week in Mandaluyong City
