Application Support Engineer N2/N3 (FRENCH)

Role

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer (N2/N3) with strong techno-functional expertise on Cassiopae to support a critical Leasing platform. You will investigate incidents, perform functional and technical analysis, provide user support, and collaborate with business teams, developers, and software vendors.

Key Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Cassiopae (4.x / 4.11)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Application Support N2/N3
• Knowledge of Leasing / Asset Finance processes
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
• Log analysis, network troubleshooting (F12, HTTP), and incident management
• Basic Java knowledge (logs & stack traces)
• Fluent French (C2) and English (B2+)

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents.
• Reproduce and diagnose functional and technical issues.
• Perform SQL data consistency checks.
• Analyze logs, APIs, and application flows.
• Manage incidents through to resolution and business validation.
• Coordinate with N3 teams and software vendors when escalation is required.
• Support testing, releases, and production activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
