Application Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP and Non-SAP applications.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and system health.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors for issue resolution.
• Analyse recurring issues and support root-cause identification.
• Ensure timely resolution of application incidents and service requests.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and support activities.
• Support application enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
• Ensure adherence to IT support processes and SLA requirements.
• Assist in maintaining application-related documentation and knowledge repositories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience in SAP and/or Non-SAP applications.
• Knowledge of SAP modules will be an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in application monitoring and incident management.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Experience in an enterprise application support environment will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates currently based in Mumbai will be preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial organizations will be an advantage.
• Candidates with exposure to SAP support and multiple enterprise applications will be preferred
