• Monitor and Manage OLTP applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve, issues related to application including bugs and system failures.
• Provide real-time support to users and stakeholders by resolving their technical queries.
• Augment and Integrate leading-edge tools and technologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

What youll need to bring:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.
• Application Support and Technical Support knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with trading platforms and financial services.
• Very strong knowledge with SQL.
• Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.
• Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.
• Battle-tested production monitoring knowledge in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
