Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide rotational shift based technical app support across
Unix/Linux/SQL/Java meeting the SLA
Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve Unix/Linux/SQL/Java related issues
Daily incident and problem management activities meeting the SLA
Identify opportunities for automation in BAU support work
Work closely with cross functional teams, development team and business
and IT Infrastructure teams to address BAU production issues.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed documentation including
requirements, process flows and use cases,
- Train the team in new processes and updated processes.
