Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Application Support L1 professional with 12 years of experience in production support and application maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, knowledge of API testing, and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments. The role involves resolving production issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring smooth application performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 production support and resolve application-related issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production problems efficiently.
• Work on Apache Tomcat configuration and application deployment.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis.
• Perform API testing and validation.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments and execute shell scripts.
• Collaborate with development and support teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of incidents.
• Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Strong working experience in SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience in production/application support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
• Ability to handle production issues under pressure.
