What they need
Provide 24×7 / shift-based production support, depending on project requirements.
An L1 Application Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring applications, handling incidents and service requests, performing initial troubleshooting, resolving common technical issues, and escalating complex problems to L2/L3 teams.
- Perform basic Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
- Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis
- Monitor application alerts using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
- Analyze application logs and identify errors/exceptions.
- Perform basic database troubleshooting using MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server.
- Support production releases and perform post-deployment validation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
