Application Support L2 w/ FR

We are looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in enterprise application support, particularly with Miles (Sofico) , and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support for business-critical applications
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Application Support (Level 2 or similar role)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus)
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
