Application Support Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Manager to lead application managed services, drive service excellence and ensure reliable application operations. The successful candidate will manage support teams, oversee SLA performance, coordinate incident resolution and work closely with business stakeholders and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application support services, ensuring SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.
• Lead and mentor Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams, managing workloads and escalations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business teams, technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security standards, governance and audit requirements.
• Coordinate application releases, patches, upgrades and go-live readiness.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in application support management or application managed services.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change and release management.
• Experience managing support teams and service delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Good understanding of ITIL frameworks, governance and application support processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating releases, production changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
