Application Support-Mumbai-Immediate Joinners only

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and support business applications in production.
• Troubleshoot application issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Analyze logs, database queries, and system errors to identify root causes.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Monitor application performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support deployments, releases, patches, and production changes.
• Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call/shift support when required.

Note : If you have experience in Payment, Mobile banking or Lending experience then only apply

Required Skills:

• SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Linux/Unix or Windows troubleshooting.
• Application monitoring and log analysis.
• REST APIs and basic networking concepts.
• ITIL / Incident & Problem Management.
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
